Food: Banana Pancakes

Writer: Chelsy WileyChelsy Wiley

Hello

Welcome to my blog. Today I will be sharing how I make Banana Pancakes using only a few ingredients. This is the PERFECT breakfast to make for when you are in a hurry to work, class, yoga or wherever else you need to be. You can even eat this as a late night snack as I am guilty of doing. Just by following the simple steps below, you can have delicious Banana Pancakes in minutes.

Ingredients:

1 Ripe Banana

1 large Egg or 2 small eggs

1 cup milk

a sprinkle of salt

1 cup All purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

butter or oil for cooking

Start prepping by grabbing a nonstick pan. Turn the stove on medium heat. Grab a bowl and all your ingredients. Start smashing your banana until a paste. Begin to add in your dry ingredients as well as your wet. Mix well together then check on your pan. Put a small scoop of butter or oil into your heated pan then place the amount you desire into the pan and being cooking on each side until golden brown. You want to see air bubbles before trying to flip your pancake over. This will help with flipping too early.
